We ask that you pay for office visits and treatment at the time the service is rendered.  We accept most credit cards for your convenience.  If you anticipate a problem in paying for services, please discuss this in advance with our receptionist.

We will be pleased to help you prepare insurance claims for reimbursement, with the understanding that your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company and that you are responsible for all charges.

Our itemized statement is readily accepted by most insurance companies when submitted with your claim form.  Please remember to keep all receipts for insurance and tax purposes.
